[Super Sol Construction Case] Example of Odor Control Materials for Pig Farms
This is a case study of the installation of a deodorization tank at a pig farm in Shobara City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of "Super Sol," an artificial lightweight material made from crushed and sintered waste glass. This material is used for deodorizing pig farms by eliminating odors from pig manure processed through composting. The implementation is based on research results from the Tottori Prefectural Livestock Experiment Station. Microorganisms settle in the bubbles of Super Sol, allowing them to decompose and eliminate odors. It is inorganic, maintains its structure over the long term, and is economical with only minimal watering and electricity costs for maintenance. The microorganisms used are sourced from the activated sludge generated in pig farms, creating an efficient deodorization system. 【Case Study】 - Construction Details: Installation of deodorization tank for pig farm - Application Category: Dairy farming / Deodorizing material / Deodorization tank construction - Client: Private - Construction Location: Shobara City, Hiroshima Prefecture - Required Performance: Porous, inorganic, lightweight For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
